The Nebraska Advanced Manufacturing Coalition (NAMC) is a 501c3 addressing the Skills Gap by reaching out to students, parents, and educators, creating programs and experiences that identify career and education paths to good paying careers.

NAMC is bringing together key stakeholders in industry and education to address workforce needs by encouraging business leaders to advocate for STEM Education and Advanced Skills Training for students.
The NE Manufacturing Alliance formed in 2020 to create a unified voice to address Nebraska's needs in the areas of talent, technology, innovation, and infrastructure. The NE Manufacturing Alliance consists of:
NAMC/Dream It. Do It. - to address the image of manufacturing and raise awareness of high skilled, high wage careers.
NeMAC - to navigate workforce and education challenges through industry collaboration and public policy.
Nebraska MEP - access to training, grants, technology and innovation
WiM - Women in Manufacturing - to raise the awareness of opportunities for female talent in manufacturing.
NE Chamber - state and federal public policy, legislative needs, local chamber relations.
