Career Dream Team Ambassadors are talented young employees from area manufacturers and industry with STEM plus business needs. They help connect the dots between students, education and industry through various outreach activities. 

"What's So Cool About Manufacturing" Video Contest. Teams of Middle School Students are led by teacher coaches, provided video equipment and instructional materials and matched with local manufacturers. Each team has four months to create a short video to answer the question 'What's So Cool About Manufacturing?'

Host a booth at a Career or Education Fair or at a Community Event!

Classroom visits are a great way to bring the industry to students and teachers. Since schools have limited time and resources for students to spend outside of the classroom, teachers everywhere welcome the opportunity to have someone speak to their classes.

Workshops for student counselors to provide them with the opportunity to learn about the manufacturing careers in the community.

Week long summer camp for high school juniors and seniors to help in the preparation of higher education by introducing them to the principles of leadership and teamwork.

One day event for high school juniors and seniors. Students attend break-out sessions throughout the day. Breakout sessions are presenters from local businesses to share what career opportunities exist in the community.

Professional Development Day for teachers in the community. They participate in tours, presentations and insight into the manufacturing industry in the area.

Professional Development for educators related to Advanced Manufacturing. Teachers and administrators gain an appreciation of careers available in the area and skills required in the workforce.
