COLLABORATE

Establish regional collaborations in support of addressing the skills gap and regional economic development initiatives.

ENGAGE

Encourage business to reach out to students, parents, educators and the community in an effort to align education paths with employable skills to meet regional demands.

FUND-RAISE

As an mostly all-volunteer program, raising money is critical to create the excitement and enthusiasm necessary to generate a successful initiative.

The NAMC is actively seeking Area Directors in regions in Nebraska that have a skills shortage and/or would benefit from a Regional Career Dream Team.
